We want to be the best travel company not just in the world, but for the world.<p><br></p><strong>The Opportunity:</strong><p><br></p>Our Reservation teams are an integral part of Intrepid’s success and customer experience. As a Reservation Assistant you’ll play a big part in ensuring an amazing customer experience, by providing administrative support to the Reservation Manager!<p><br></p>In this position you will work with operators to make bookings & organise cancellation. You will also work closely with the Operations Department to ensure our trips are a success. You will get the opportunity to collaborate with the Sales Department to support private groups and external brands reservations.<p><br></p>This is a full time positions based in our office in Marrakesh and will operate on a hybrid basis.<p><br></p><strong>A Bit About You</strong><p><br></p>These skills and experience are preferred, but not essential. If you think you’ve got what we need, we want to hear from you.<p><br></p><ul><li>At least 6 months experience in reservations </li><li>Travel experience through Morocco and a passion for travel </li><li>Outstanding organisational skills, customer service expertise with strong attention to detail </li><li>Experience in analysis and creating reports and able to learn new systems quickly </li><li>Excellent communications skills in English and French </li></ul><p><br></p>You’ll be responsible, reliable and honest and can work independently and collaboratively with a team and share Intrepid’s core values of integrity, innovation, fun, passion, growth, and responsibility.<p><br></p><strong>A bit about our people:</strong><p><br></p>Our people reflects the diversity of our customers and the communities we visit.
