Job Description

  • Checking availability with hotels, transportation and other service providers
  • Negotiating with hotels and other businesses to assure best rates apply
  • Assure response to requests in timely and efficient manner
  • Manage in full the reservations flow
  • Review and comply with travel documentations with regards to rules and requirements
  • Build and manage a strong relationship with service providers and conduct spot visits when needed
  • Promote and sell services
  • Deal and support all kinds of cancellation in line with customer service ethics and in full abidance with the rules in force
