<p>We are seeking a dynamic Reservation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making cold calls, and closing deals. Our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a track record of successful sales, and a passion for customer satisfaction. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and grow with our organization.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling and email.</li><li>Build and maintain a pipeline of leads.</li><li>Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities.</li><li>Close deals and achieve sales targets.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li><strong>The ability to communicate effectively in English is a prerequisite for this role.</strong></li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.</li><li>Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred. However, undergrads and dropouts are welcome to apply.</li><li><strong>English fluency is a must B2-C1 levels.</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Working days/hours:</p><ul><li>Monday – Friday, 2:45 pm to 11:45 pm, Fixed days/hours.</li><li>Weekends: Saturday &amp; Saturday fixed.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Public Holidays: </p><ul><li>Observed US federal holidays &amp; Eids only</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Transportation: </p><ul><li>Door-to-door transportation provided for girls on the way home.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you’re interested in joining our team, we would love to hear from you!
