<br><p>We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team with a solid background in the hospitality / holiday homes sector. You will join our team as Reservation Specialist handling the coordination of all incoming reservations.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities </strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Checking all reservations for one month on day-to-day basis.</li><li>Checking all reservation credit cards as per reservations policies day- today basis.</li><li>Calling all guest three days ahead to check the arrival time and if there are any special requests</li><li>Confirm all in-house guest departure date and time.</li><li>Make sure guest stay is comfortable.</li><li>Follow up on guest request, any concern related to guest.</li><li>Arranging cleaning services, a day ahead and handle maintenance issues</li><li>Collecting all guest reviews.</li><li>Checking apartments on day-to-day basis as per the arrivals to make sure all apartments are clean and 100% in working condition.</li><li>Check-in and Check-out all guest in DTCM system on time day-to- day basis.</li><li>Establish and maintain relationships with current and prospect property and reservations managers</li><li>Facilitate guest communications through our CRM system and the management&nbsp;booking systems including management of direct advertisements</li><li>Marketing properties through updating current advertisements in all channels</li><li>Maximizing booking revenue through price adjustments based on market studies for the properties assigned.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Skills &amp; Qualifications </strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in hotels or holiday homes reservations, in addition, the candidate must have extensive knowledge and experience in hotel operations standards, reservation systems, channel managers and revenue management.</li><li>Thorough experience in the Holiday Homes Rental industry.</li><li>Strong Sales and Customer-service skills</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Multi-tasking and time management skills</li></ul>
