Do you dare to be the owner of your professional career in an inspiring world? 😉🌟<br><ul><li>Handle incoming reservations received through all sales channels and ensure that a confirmation is received within 24hrs </li><li>Input all reservations into the system (PMS) recording all pertinent information as per standards established. </li><li>Attend to enquiries, complaints and requests regarding reservations. </li><li>Handle special and additional guest request and coordinate with other departments. </li><li>Adjust and cancel reservations in the system. </li><li>Follow established procedures to process all room reservations, rates, confirmations and hotel facilities. </li><li>Provide timely and efficient response with a high degree of customer service when responding to telephone inquiries and taking reservation requests. </li><li>Maintain an accurate room status and availability at all times</li><li>Up-sell whenever an opportunity is identified. </li><li>Provide information to guests concerning rates, availability of rooms, description of facilities and services, and information about area attractions. </li><li>Understand the credit policy, guaranteed reservations and no show policy of the hotel and how to code each reservation. </li><li>Process reservation confirmation for new reservation and follow up for booking guarantee. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Because belonging to the great Meliá family is being VIP<br><br></strong>You will enjoy <strong>My MeliáRewards</strong> which is the exclusive loyalty programme for our employees with exclusive benefits and advantages.<br><br>In addition, enjoy the <strong>My MeliáBenefits</strong> programme: with flexible remuneration, exclusive discounts on a variety of products and services, active and healthy lifestyles, and charitable initiatives.
