Our client is looking for Research Team Lead based in Dubai with experience of leading the teams.
Responsibilities:
The Candidate should also have background of the below in order to resolve queries raised by the team
·Secondary research– To do deep research on companies based in UAE using all the secondary resources and gather all data related to the companies and their business.
·Primary research– Call subject companies and convince them to provide maximum information in order to perform due diligence
· Understand the business model of the subject and ask relevant questions
·Credit Analysis– Analyze the company based non-financial parameters and analyze the financial performance of the company and recommend credit risk rating
Other Responsibilities:
- Supervise the team in the research and credit analysis activities
- Manage team for all the queries related to process and reports
- Allocate the tasks and assignments to the team including the deadlines
- Perform monthly evaluation of the team based on the KPI’s
- Prepare reports on SLA
- Prepare and update departmental SOP’s
- Oversee the escalation from the clients and take required action
- Track performance of the clients and prepare analytical reports
- Oversee MIS reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Master’s Degree would be an added advantage
- 3-4 years experience as research analysts/ research associate
- Experienced on business research both qualitative and quantitative
- Experience in performing credit analysis
- Proven experience in leading teams
- Proficient in MIS reporting (MS Excel skills are a must)
- Must have financial knowledge
- Analytical skills are must
- Basic knowledge of UAE market, economy and the major industries in the country (would be an added advantage)
- Good understanding of Legal Structures, corporate linkages and company financials.

Salary : AED. 6,000 – 7,000
