The Qualitative Research team at Kantar is looking for a Research Executive to help deliver digital and operational excellence to the world’s leading clients across diverse markets.

This is Cairo-based regional client servicing role where you will be empowered and accountable for successful delivery of client projects.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Research thinking & Design:
    Accountable for appraising client briefs to understand clients needs and business objectives; demonstrating research & critical thinking to produce effective proposals, methodology, sample design and research instruments (with the support of a senior where applicable).
     

  • Excellent Delivery (Analysis & Reporting):
    Unwavering commitment to outstanding and punctual client deliverables. Engaging effectively in brainstorm sessions, thorough & accurate analysis, well structured & thought out report writing, etc.
     

  • Project management:
    Manage project delivery cycle from start to end; supervising key project activities and milestones, collaborating with other teams as needed to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality deliverables to client.
     

  • Client Management:
    Day to day client  interaction and relationship building, understanding research & delivery needs, proactive and responsive communication & consistent and timely delivery.
     

  • Teamwork & collaboration:
    Effective team member who demonstrates a strong spirit of collaboration, openness towards people of different cultures, and a proactive attitude to build relationships with / consult with internal experts, teams and markets beyond one’s own.
     

  • Inquisitiveness & Open Mind:
    A curiosity to learn, explore new ideas and ways of doing things; proactively make use of abundant learning material and resources to progress own learning and development.

The skills & experience you’ll need:

  • Proven experience in Project Management in Qualitative market research; Quant would be a plus.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business management, Statistics, Commerce, Logistic or any relevant field of study

  • Organization and time management skills; with thr ability to effectively juggle multiple projects, deliverables, and deadlines simultaneously while ensuring work is accurate, neat and generally error-free

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
