Job Description

The research involves characterization of different promising landraces of wheat for drought and thermal tolerance. Specifically, the study involves field experimentation of landraces in comparison with locally grown cultivars. Conducting organized research involving sample collection of plants and soil, laboratory assays for stress parameters. Drought combative phenotypic parameters, biochemical, physiological and, nutritive parameters etc. will be analyzed. The results have to be justified by utilizing appropriate statistical methods and interpretations with recent literature review.
