AIT Ingredients, the ingredients division of INVIVO Group, specializes in providing customized solutions and services to mills, bakeries, and pasta producers.</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Job Overview:</strong></p><p><span>As a </span><span>R&amp;D Technician (Baking &amp; Sales oriented)</span><span>, you will play a crucial role in the Middle East business development team at AIT Ingredients. Your main objective will be to develop the ingredients market in Middle East countries in close collaboration with the Sales and R&amp;D teams. You will be based in Egypt, while actively driving business growth in Middle East region. </span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><span>Utilize your baking diploma and technical understanding to work closely with the research and development department in conducting R&amp;D trials for validating AIT Ingredients’ products.</span></li><li><span>Visit millers, bakers, and pasta producers to understand their needs, provide technical support, and conduct trainings on product usage.</span></li><li><span>Demonstrate an open-minded and proactive attitude to explore and identify new market opportunities, as well as innovative ways to leverage AIT Ingredients’ offerings.</span></li><li><span>Employ detailed documentation and reporting to present trial results, product evaluations, and feedback effectively to the R&amp;D and Sales teams.</span></li><li><span>Gain expertise in finished/baked product evaluation methods, as well as dough rheology, to enhance the quality and performance of AIT Ingredients’ solutions.</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><span>A baking diploma is essential, given the candidate’s close collaboration with the research and development department, requiring technical understanding.</span></li><li><span>In-depth knowledge of bread making processes and baking skills.</span></li><li><span>Familiarity with ingredients used in bread making and pasta production is a plus. Training courses in France will be provided to enhance understanding of ingredients functionalities.</span></li><li><span>Proficiency in </span><strong>Arabic and English languages is essential</strong><span>. Knowledge of French is an additional advantage.</span></li><li><span>Strong social and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.</span></li><li><span>Proactive and self-motivated with an open-minded attitude to explore new opportunities.</span></li><li><span>Ability to document and report trial results and evaluations in a structured manner.</span></li><li><span>Familiarity with finished/baked product evaluation methods and dough rheology.</span></li></ul><p><br></p>
