<p>The Research Analyst will provide direct support to the Dept. Sales Manager / Vice President in the growth of Aurora Aviation’s business, in accordance with company regulations whilst ensuring customer satisfaction and quality service. A Research Analyst performs research, collects and analyzes information, and uses the data to problem-solve and improve the decision-making and efficiency of the company. The role studies the data and presents his or her recommendations to the leadership team.</p><p><br></p><p>Research Analyst Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Analysing past operations’ results and performing variance analyses.</li><li>Identifying and analysing trends and forecasts and recommending improvements to the business processes.</li><li>Building database of hotel, VIP services at airport including but not limited to FBO’s, GAT, etc.</li><li>Pricing negotiations with hotels and concierge companies.</li><li>Organising and analysing data, creating charts and graphs, and presenting your findings to the leadership team via presentations.</li><li>Providing recommendations to improve future business operations.</li><li>Organising and storing data for future research projects.</li><li>Testing processes, policies, and protocols for efficiency and improvements.</li><li>Assisting in personalized trip plans of the company.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Research Analyst Requirements:</p><ul><li>A bachelor’s or associate’s degree in economics, finance, statistics, computer science, or related field.</li><li>Experience in a research analyst role of at least 3 years.</li><li>Proven experience from a similar role in the aviation or hospitality industry – orientation in areas of Concierge, Hotels, and VIP Services is a MUST.</li><li>Strong analytical, presentation, and data modeling skills.</li><li>The ability to manipulate large, complex data sets into manageable, understandable reports.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team-working skills.</li><li>Familiarity with data modeling software, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint presentations.</li><li> Attention to detail and organisational skills.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Role reports to: Sales Manager / Vice President</p><ul><li>Job Context: Office-based</li></ul>
