Position Title:     Research Analyst – Commodities   

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary:        up to 20K AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Location:        Dubai, UAE / remote

About the Client: 

An independent physical trading group working with the global market; based in Dubai with an innovative approach to the market.

Job Description: 

 Develop a market analysis desk for the organization with a view to delivering a unique business model in a clear financial pathway to deliver superior margins.

 Support Traders using market insights to structure trades appropriately and manage risk to deliver profitability.

 Work closely with CFO to operationalize the risk measured on financial results to build this into the business performance metrics.

 Produce reports, presentations, and output material from studies for business development purposes – pricing, economic shifts, industry news, and relevant movement in the market. 

 Develop key relationships with members of the team including suppliers and customers in order to promote a highly effective working environment in operation.

Skills

Qualifications: 

 40 y/o and below

 Minimum 5 years of total market analysis/ research experience on physical trading in the international market  

 Must have a track record of financial and economic modeling research on products mentioned for trading
