Objective

To contribute to the NielsenIQ BASES business in North Africa and Levant (NAL) by executing, analyzing, and presenting market research studies (reports, forecasts) to meet client business needs

 

Accountabilities         

  • Understands proposal design
  • Assist senior staff in managing the day-to-day administration of client service activities
  • Reviews questionnaire for information areas covered and reviews translations where relevant
  • Reviews data for errors and inconsistencies
  • Liaises with internal teams to kick project into field
  • Summarizes data to produce tables, charts, and graphs
  • Produces a coherent “story” based on data
  • Analyzes study results to draft reports and presentations that answer business objectives
  • Prepares inputs and runs forecasting models (using BASES methodology/modeling)
  • Develops forecast summaries and reports
  • Analyzes in-market data using NIQ Retail Audit data
  • Attends client meetings and presentations
  • Proactively updates/aligns senior associates on progress
  • Delivers on and respects client timelines

Qualifications

Knowledge                 

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of statistics, research techniques and methodologies

Education and Experience      

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3.0 minimum cumulative GPA or equivalent
  • Fresh grad, 0-1 year of experience in market research industry or related field

  • Public speaking ability
