<strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Ensure the right people, process, organization and governance are in place to deliver high quality R2P services in CBS</li><li>Manage the day-to-day R2P operations, provide expertise, encourage and ensure teamwork, align work processes to achieve high performance standards, meet established targets, objectives and employee engagement in a motivated work environment</li><li>Drive changes to current state (ways or working and processes), based on experience and best practice, where such changes can help improve R2P quality and efficiency</li><li>Execute talent strategy, including hiring, onboarding, engagement, growth and development, capability building, reward/recognition, succession planning, ultimately driving an excellent associate experience and building culture/engagement </li></ul><ul><li>Invoice Exception Management:</li><ul><li>Take ownership of managing invoice exceptions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive timely resolutions</li><li>Analyze root causes of invoice exceptions, identify patterns or trends, prioritize, analyze, and lead team to resolve inquiries and disputes, lead implementation of preventive measures to minimize future occurrences, use benchmark data and best practices to identify opportunities for improvements</li><li>Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve disputes, ensuring accurate and timely payments</li></ul></ul><ul><li>Lead Performance Monitoring, Drive Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence:</li><ul><li>Monitor key performance indicatiors (KPIs) and metrics to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the R2P process</li><li>Continuously monitor process performance, identify trends and implement corrective actions to meet or exceed KPI targets</li><li>Lead review of post-implementation of initiatives to ensure compliance; identify opportunities for further improvements and standardization of processes</li><li>Lead the prioritization and implementation of key continuous improvement projects On Time, On Budget & On Quality</li><li>Champion a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovative ideas and driving change initiatives</li><li>Further deploy innovative capabilities & services for a seamless procurement process</li></ul></ul><ul><li>Stakeholder Colloboration and Relationship Management</li><ul><li>Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Control, IT, Procurement, I2P, R2P) to align on rootcause analysis, solutions and process improvements</li><li>Activate and facilitate applicale communication channels (e.g., workshops, regular meetings) to gather feedback and insights for issues, process enhancements, progress</li><li>Foster strog relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collobaration, knowledge sharing and effective issue resolution</li><li>Communicate compliance requirements, stakeholder management, and change management integration activities</li></ul></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Degree or advanced degree in finance or related fields</li><li>8-10 years of experience in procurement, control or GBS experience is required</li><li>Experience with a demonstrable record of delivering impactful results within large and complex organizations through design, and execution of E2E processes</li></ul>
