From facilities delivering life-saving therapies and ensuring clean water to enabling the connection of people through all modes of transportation and providing access to technology – we’re integrating a multitude of these solution elements to build the smart environments of tomorrow.</em><p><br></p><em>Start your Jacobs career with a company that inspires and empowers you to deliver your best work so you can evolve, grow and succeed – today and into tomorrow.</em><p><br></p>As the Reporting Specialist on this major project, you will play a vital role within the project controls team, ensuring the reporting for the project is of world class quality.<p><br></p>Your role will include<p><br></p><ul><li> Supports in establishing Programme Controls reporting requirements and formats for the project.</li><li> Develops forms and tools for collecting project and programme status information.</li><li> Coordinates production and distribution of key weekly / monthly / quarterly reports.</li><li> Supports in establishing and maintaining the weekly / monthly / quarterly reporting calendar.</li><li> Manages assembly of the Monthly Project Board Reports.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Here’s What You’ll Need</strong><p><br></p>Skills and experience<p><br></p><ul><li> Experience using PMiS information systems.</li><li> Experience using Power BI.</li><li> Good written and verbal communication skills.</li><li> Experience working as a Reporting Specialist within a major project environment.</li><li> Ability to meet deadlines set by the business.</li><li> Technical writing experience and graphic design experience a plus</li><li> BS degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.</li><li> At least 5 years professional experience.</li></ul><p><br></p>For this vacancy we are considering <strong>Saudi Nationals</strong> only.<p><br></p>Jacobs.
