About Our Client
We are working with a leading sovereign wealth fund, which is looking for a professional experienced in transformation / designing and implementing balanced scorecard / KPI frameworks, to join its transformation management office.
What The Job Involves
- Translate stakeholder requirements into reporting deliverables
- Assist building a fully functioning reporting system, which includes: measurement of milestones progress, KPIs, financials, hiring required resources, dashboard for senior leadership to present the progress measurement of portfolio companies
- Manage, update and report Business Plan and measure progress and impact of the department’s activities
- Help define and steer internal and external processes for reporting, including consolidation of data, update and change management and accountability matrix
- Help maintain and enhance reporting process, standards and tools to capture progress against operational plan milestones
- Define joint priorities and assist oversight over project management and reporting activities
- Ensure leadership transparency over the work of operating partners’ teams and portfolio companies’ leadership where the operating partners team is not actively engaged
- Continuously revisit and innovate reporting standards and templates to maximise leadership transparency
- Help coordinate activities of TMO reporting teams
- Support stakeholder engagement activities in coordinating alignment with the investment team
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience in project management and/or business operations in industry or government
- Experience with PMO activities for a complex programme or project involving diverse initiatives
- Experience leading a transformational initiative
- Experience working within investment institutions is preferable
