Job Description

· Customer & order acquisition for rental solutions

· Identify potential opportunities with existing and new customers

· Sell, renew and expand temporary cooling supply and installation projects and target customers to reach optimal sales and profit levels

· Approach major accounts in the market in order to utilize different company resources.

· Self-motivated, goal oriented, and focus management skills is a must.

· Prepare tender documents, RFQ replies, and quotation for customers.

· Work directly with Industrial sector, District cooling, General contractors, construction firm leaders, engineering consultants, real estate developers, building owners, and governmental entities.

· Focus on the local market in Dammam, KSA

· Conducting technical presentations to end customer, deploying technical approach and new technologies using in implementing its rental solutions.

· Responsible for account relationships, sales/profitability, and direct negotiations as appropriate.

· Individual contributor, direct responsibility for approaching internal/external contacts reaching the desired objectives.

· Manage customers to drive service targets and margin results.

· Maintain the necessary financial understanding while reporting to business leaders and top management.

· Meeting target plans and business objectives on regular basis.

· Encourage customer growth and loyalty to the company through continuous support and customer assistance.

· Prepare and review contract terms and conditions using standard contract templates when applicable

· Develop, evaluate and discuss possible solutions with customer

· Actively participate in team work for projects/jobs defined by Acquisition Leader

  • Keep customer data base updated
  • Implement Pan European and local Service Business programs
  • Achieve assigned sales and customer development quota through focus on service customer acquisition and development

Skills

  • Technical graduate with a certificate in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning OR similar engineering discipline
  • 5+ years of experience ideally within the Dammam market
  • Ability to travel as and when required
  • Ability work remotely and independently
  • Extensive experience of local client base namely within oil & gas and Government entities requiring HVAC services
  • KSA driving license
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with rental sales / service fields especially with selling lease / rental agreements and service contracts
