Job Description
<p>We are currently hiring Rental Agents for our Group Company- National Car Rental (One of the largest car rental companies and sole distributor-Nissan, Infiniti, Renault & Exeed brands in State of Qatar)</p><p><br></p><p>Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Sell optional products for meeting customer wants and needs.</li><li>Check customer rental parameters for ensuring understanding of rates and service charges.</li><li>Update rental agreement files, notify customers of overdue rental vehicles and enquire on the expected date of return, and process rental extensions.</li><li>Receive telephone calls and handle customer issues or direct messages to appropriate personnel.</li><li>Ensure accuracy of the return date and time on the rental agreement.</li><li>Complete rental or parking information for customers, disclose rates and terms of rentals and get signatures through effective sales techniques to utilize service options.</li><li>Retrieve money collected and complete deposit slip and keep money safe.</li><li>Prepare Rental Agreement Folder with necessary details.</li><li>Review and submit reports to the supervisor.</li><li>Finish car exchange requests in the computer system.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Skills</p><ul><li>Must have 2 yrs of Car Rental experience</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Problem-solving skills</li></ul>
