<strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Remote device management</li><li> Application and installation of security updates according to the procedures followed with cyber security</li><li> Installing protection systems on all devices of the Ministry’s employees, according to cybersecurity requirements</li><li> Applying the client’s requirements in the event that new systems are required to be installed on the employees’ devices</li><li> Responding to a supportive system for the implementation of hardware updates</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>+3 years of experience in a technical support role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of network connectivity and protocols.</li><li>Experience with remote desktop support tools such as TeamViewer and LogMeIn.</li><li>Ability to multitask effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.</li></ul>
