<p><strong>We are looking for relocation consultants in Riyadh &amp; Jeddah</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Job Description</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Previous relocation or real estate experience is a definite advantage. The candidate should possess strong understanding of the local area, neighborhoods particularly with regards to real estate and schooling knowledge. The candidate will be tasked to assist relocating individuals or families in terms of home search, school search, preview tours and settling in assistance amongst other programs.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>The candidate we have in mind should have lived in the country for more than 2 years, must have an outgoing personality, good “knowledge” of the city , be customer-oriented, </li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Other prerequisites are; computer literate, fluent spoken and written English as well as additional languages and able to perform basic admin work such as completion of basic forms etc.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Skills</p><ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in the relocation industry or real estate industry.</li><li>Good Knowledge about the city , Housing and School</li><li>Good Interpersonal Skills.</li><li>Excellent communication skills are pre-requisite. Preference would be given to candidate who speaks multilingual.</li><li>Valid drivers license and own vehicle is a must</li><li>Capable of answering any queries which the client may have about the relocation process and help guide them and plan their smooth transition.</li></ul>
