As a Reliability Engineer – Artificial Lift, you will need to have a reliability background as that is a major portion of the Job scope in Kuwait.
As an Reliability Engineer – Artificial Lift , you will be responsible for:
- Communicating across direct organization.
- Presenting to senior leaders in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect to overall strategy.
- Handling latitude in project techniques. Project process requires choosing right approaches. Employees should have technical know-how.
- Handling diverse clients in a region.
- Following frameworks to get through the processes. There is room for negotiating and client specific conditions.
- Managing Reliability, DIFA and failure investigation for ESP Equipment.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree
- Have at least 5 years of experience in Artificial Lift
- Have an extensive reliability experience with ESP
- Have a membership of Kuwait society of engineering (KSE) approval
- Have an excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Have an excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams.
- Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
