Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a Reliability Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and durability of our products.<p><br></p>You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential issues, design and execute tests, and analyze data to provide valuable insights for product improvement.<p><br></p>This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in reliability testing within a dynamic and innovative environment.<p><br></p><ul><li> Conducting reliability tests on new and existing products to assess their performance under various conditions.</li><li> Developing test plans, protocols, and procedures for reliability testing.</li><li> Executing reliability tests, including accelerated life testing, environmental testing, and stress testing.</li><li> Collecting and analyzing data from tests, interpreting results, and generating detailed reports.</li><li> Collaborating with design and engineering teams to identify potential areas for improvement and propose design modifications based on reliability findings.</li><li> Participating in failure analysis investigations to determine root causes and provide recommendations for corrective actions.</li><li> Assisting in the development of reliability testing standards and methodologies.</li><li> Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in reliability testing.</li><li> Utilizing ANSYS Sherlock software to perform life predictions and reliability assessments for electronic hardware components, including analyzing stress, fatigue, and failure modes based on industry-standard models and algorithms.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Technical Skills:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Strong knowledge of reliability engineering principles, methodologies, and techniques. At least 2-3 years of experience.</li><li> Proficiency in conducting various reliability tests, such as accelerated life testing, Shock and vibration, thermal cycling.</li><li> Experience with statistical analysis and data interpretation using tools like Excel, MATLAB, or Python.</li><li> Familiarity with environmental testing techniques, including temperature, humidity, and vibration testing.</li><li> Knowledge of failure analysis methods and techniques.</li><li> Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.</li><li> Familiarity with quality management systems and standards.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Personal Skills:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li> Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li> Effective verbal and written communication skills.</li><li> Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.</li><li> Strong time management and organizational skills.</li><li> Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.</li><li> Proactive mindset and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Education Qualification:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field.</li><li> Coursework or specialization in reliability engineering, quality engineering, or testing methodologies is a plus.</li><li> Relevant certifications or training in reliability testing or quality management is advantageous.<br><br></li></ul>
