<p><strong><u>Roles & Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Owns and facilitate the RCA process.</li><li>Ensure implementation of RCA in accordance with the approved RCA procedure (Detailed RCA procedure to be written).</li><li>Provides RCA refresher training (30-minute presentation to remind the RCA team about important aspects to be adhered to during the RCA investigation).</li><li>Follow up with actions owners (RCA recommendations) until they close them.</li><li>Report the status of RCA investigations and the status of recommendations implementation.</li><li>Act as QC for Root Cause Analysis (RCA) during the investigation.</li><li>Report the status of MOCs to the Top management on an agreed frequency.</li><li>Keeps the training records for the RCA team members and proposes names for filling the pipeline with enough members to cover the RCA needs.</li><li>Select and monitor the Reliability KPIs and report them to top management on an agreed frequency.</li><li>Collect and analyze information to create status reports and recommend future actions.</li><li>Regulate policies and procedures to maintain a safe and clean working environment for the team.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation of all related studies.</li><li>Analyze the failure causes that generated from RCA studies and recommend strategies to minimize the impact on the factory assets.</li><li>Monitor the Asset criticality program duration and ensure revalidation of the ACA study every 3 years (either with internal or external resources).</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Qualifications & Experience: </u></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering.</li><li>+10 Years of work experience in manufacturing industries (+4 years as a reliability engineer).</li><li>Preferable to have a certification in reliability (CRE), RCA, CMRP.</li></ul>
