If you answered yes, then we have some amazing opportunities for you!</p><p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p>We are seeking an experienced Relationship Officer to join our office in Tyr.</p><p><strong>Objectives:</strong></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Optimize the portfolio of CFI is sales team primary objective as well as to offer the high-quality service and maintain a bigger number of sustainable clients. </p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Represent the company’s products and services, using consumer research as well as deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of customers</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Develop and implement territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often including product demos </p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Filling KYCs, following up with clients in case of any missing document, dealing with Backoffice and compliance </p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Responding to client’s requests in timely manner</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Keeping-up with formats’ updates</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Minimizing the number of in process / draft leads by following up and completing the documents </p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Confirmation calls, following up with the unfunded accounts</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Activating, funding, and retention</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to bring clients from outside the office </p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to explain to the client all the required information clearly and honestly as well as all the risks</p><p>NB: Your recent KPI will be attributed to the effectiveness of your CRM</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Freshly graduated college students with good knowledge in sales.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Good communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Knowledgeable with sales management software and CRM</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Good ability to balance persuasion</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Fast learner with the ability to work under pressure and take quick action</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Fluent in written and spoken English for effective communication with foreign reporting Director and Head of the Department</p><p><strong>Why join CFI?</strong></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;We’re a fast-growing, multinational company</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Competitive salaries and benefits</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Work and learn with industry professions</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Supportive and collaborative environment</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Unlimited opportunities for growth and development</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
