In the Jordan entity alone, the company has approximately 170 employees – and increasing.</p><br><p> </p><br><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><br><ul><br><li><strong>Client Engagement and Relationship Building:</strong></li><br></ul><br><ul><br><li>Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining regular communication to understand their needs and build strong, lasting relationships.</li><br><li>Respond promptly to client inquiries, concerns, and requests, providing accurate information and addressing any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.</li><br></ul><br><ul><br><li><strong>Sales Support:</strong></li><br></ul><br><ul><br><li>Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and business objectives.</li><br><li>Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations alongside senior relationship managers to gain hands-on experience and contribute to closing deals.</li><br></ul><br><ul><br><li><strong>Business Development:</strong></li><br></ul><br><ul><br><li>Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential clients and new business opportunities within the target market.</li><br><li>Conduct market research to gather information on competitors, industry trends, and customer preferences, providing valuable insights to enhance the sales approach.</li><br></ul><br><ul><br><li><strong>Account Management:</strong></li><br></ul><br><ul><br><li>Monitor and track client account activities, sales progress, and relevant metrics, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.</li><br><li>Prepare sales reports and updates for management, providing a clear overview of sales performance and potential areas for improvement.</li><br></ul><br><ul><br><li><strong>Cross-Functional Coordination:</strong></li><br></ul><br><ul><br><li>Work closely with various internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experience and effective communication.</li><br></ul><br><ul><br><li><strong>Problem-Solving:</strong></li><br></ul><br><ul><br><li>Proactively identify and resolve customer issues or concerns, escalating complex matters to senior team members when necessary.</li><br><li>Propose creative solutions to meet client needs and exceed expectations, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.</li><br></ul><br><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><br><ul><br><li>Bachelor’s degree in business administration,economics , Finance, or a related field.</li><br><li>1-3 years of experience in Brokerage sales, or customer service, or account management.</li><br><li>very good spoken and written English and Arabic Languages.</li><br><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and work effectively within a team.</li><br><li>Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</li><br><li>Results-driven mindset with a desire to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization.</li><br><li>Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.</li></ul>
