Job Description

  • Strengthening the marketing process of credit facilities and coordinating with other units (for the sale of complementary products).
  • Improving the profitability of the SME portfolio.
  • Manage customer relationships from SMEs to achieve pre-set goals.
  • Implementation of field visits to customers of small and medium-sized companies and preparing reports of calls on a regular basis.
  • Collect required customer information, documentation, financial statements, and related data for various types of credit reviews.
  • Supervising the status of the target customers to ensure their financial ability.
  • Preparing and recommending credit applications to ensure adherence to credit policies, and proposals for appropriate risk returns.
  • Cooperating with other sectors to provide high-quality service levels and ensure appropriate lead times.
  • Follow up on customer complaints and the service recovery process in addition to any other tasks assigned

  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and listening skills
  • Excellent communication and selling skills
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant banking &/ or SME’s experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or relevant discipline
