The ideal place whether for business or leisure, it provides a European luxury experience while featuring the most talented people from around the world.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Kempinski Hotel Amman is looking for a talented&nbsp;<strong>Staff Registered Nurse</strong>&nbsp;who will be an addition to the vibrant&nbsp;Human Resources&nbsp;Team.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>As a&nbsp;<strong>Staff Registered Nurse</strong>&nbsp;you are kindly requested to apply the following tasks:</p><p><br></p><p>Job Tasks:</p><p><br></p><p>As a <strong>Staff Registered Nurse</strong> you are kindly requested to apply the following tasks:</p><p><br></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assure quality care by adhering to standards &amp; procedures set by the hotel.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provides care education to the hotel employees, in coordination with the training department of the hotel through its staff orientation &amp; training courses …etc.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Handling the employees health cases in coordination with the hotel doctor.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Archiving the hotel employees sickness history.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Handling the medical insurance forms submition and receiving process in coordination with the HR department.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Handling the employee’s daily tours.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Handling the clinic medicines “Submition, consumption, expiry dates …etc.”&nbsp;</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Handling the hotel clinic equipment.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Evaluate the candidate’s health ability in coordination with the hotel doctor according to the hotel standards and procedures.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Monitor the medical forms misusage and follow up with the hotel doctor regarding the staff cases.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Build a strong relationship with the surrounding doctors, and arrange the appointments of the employee’s visits.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Monitor the employee’s sick leaves in coordination with the hotel doctor and the HR department.</p><p><br></p><p>Education Level: Bachelor Degree is a must.</p><p><br></p><p>Job Details: 6 Months employment contract able to be renewable.</p><p><br></p><p>Job Level: Level 6 – You will be directly reporting to the Human Resources Supervisor.</p><p><br></p><p>Payment: According to the hotel salaries scale.</p><p><br></p><p>Industry: Hospitality Industry.</p>
