<p><strong>Job Purpose:</strong></p><p>To develop and lead a strategy of Health & Wellbeing program offering in line with GIG EB strategic business plans through planning, designing and overseeing the implementation as well as the performance of product and service offerings with an aim of gaining capabilities in acquiring, serving, retaining and differentiating GIG Gulf proposition in front of prospects and existing clients.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li> Identify gaps and strategic opportunities based on insurance competitive landscape, market analysis, consumer insights, digital</li><li>innovation and marketing trends</li><li>Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them</li><li>Develop (with guidance) an annual business PR plan towards decision makers, brokers, providers as well as end members including strategy, goals, budget and tactics in line with the EB service and retention objectives and strategy</li><li>Drive an effective Communication strategy aiming at successfully promoting our offerings</li><li>Oversee the development of marketing collaterals related to the health & wellbeing offering and ensure its successful roll-out</li><li>Assist in enhancing and monitoring client Engagement & utilization of the benefits</li><li>Build strategies and designs positive ROIs across the operational function of health & Wellbeing</li><li>Build business partnerships opportunities among vendors and pharmaceutical companies to support the growth of the health</li><li>Wellbeing program offering.</li><li>Come up with new ideas to improve the current health & Wellbeing program, including offer conceptualization and packaging,</li><li>marketing tools and services, and operational processes.</li><li>Develop strategies, plans and KPIs related to the health & Wellbeing program, with the support of the Head of Client Benefit & Regulatory Affairs</li><li>Design, maintain and manage with the help of respective stakeholders a healthy budget for health and Wellbeing.</li><li>Interact, liaise and coordinate with the region as well as the group to adopt best practices and well as share local</li><li>and success stories</li><li>Manage client and/or brokers’ business relationships to ensure successful onboarding and implementation of the health &</li><li>program</li><li>Representing GIG Gulf in forums and events related to health, wellbeing and prevention.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Operational and Technical Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li> Extensive knowledge communicating/Marketing value added services & differentiation</li><li>Experience in content development required.</li><li>Proven track record designing and executing successful business events aiming to build partnership and improve exposure</li><li>Design the operational processes across all operational functions for each service of the health & Wellbeing program</li><li>Implement the health & Wellbeing strategy with clear service level agreements and KPIs within the business</li><li>Ensure consistency of delivering KPIs and perceptional value and analyzing any underperformance and come back with</li><li>actions with clear deliverables</li><li>Report internally and externally on the operational KPIs of the health & Wellbeing program.</li><li>Represent GIG in clients and/or brokers’ meetings alongside the necessary stakeholders to report on the operational KPIs of the health & Wellbeing program.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li> Min. of 5+ years of Health & Wellbeing and leadership experience</li><li>Expert knowledge of effective marketing strategies and PR to ensure the most valuable outcome for the company</li><li>Expert knowledge of collating customer insight data to drive forward processes and propositions</li><li>Expert Knowledge of Healthcare Market</li><li>Expert Knowledge of the various legislations and regulations</li><li>Extensive knowledge in offering methodologies</li><li>Knowledge of the different Legislations and Regulations in Middle East</li><li>Extensive knowledge of Customer Contact Strategies and Service propositions</li></ul>
