Regional Senior Tender Engineer – 008JSD Senior Tender Engineer
Applicants should have 5-8 years relevant Tendering experience – works closely with marketing, sales, and technical& engineering teams to build and submit SE proposals addressing clients RFQs and requests.

To build offers in compliance with SE rules and processes and in conjunction with Sales & Execution teams to achieve business objectives. Work closely with back offices/partners/OG suppliers, sales, procurement, and execution
5.
Review Technical, Financial, legal, and commercial aspects of Tenders primarily but not limited to LV/MV products & equipment, protection relays, automation, and SCADA with hands on experience in building proposals for the services scope inclusive of modernization, recurring maintenance, spare parts, and Digital opportunities
6.
Analyze complex RFQs, prepare risk mitigation plan, prepare compliance to techno commercial specifications in line with tendering KPIs.
7.
Follow-up contract negotiation in close collaboration with the opportunity leader
8.
validate customer orders for booking & acceptance, ensure proper handing over to assigned project manager
Qualifications
1.
Graduate in electrical engineering
2.
Well versed with MV/LV equipment and protection schemes
3.
Knowledge of ranges of Schneider Electric obsolete and existing LV and MV products and solutions
4.
Knowledge of PLC/automation and SCADA
5.
Previous experience in retrofitting of circuit breakers and protection relays
6.
Basic Knowledge of competitors ranges of product / equipment would be a plus.
7.
Basic knowledge / experience in Commercial terms / risks.
8.
Basic knowledge / experience in planning and logistics terms / aspects
9.
Fluency in English. Arabic would be a plus.
10.
Hands on experience in Microsoft office and Tendering Tools
11.
Knowledge of ERP systems would be a plus.
12.
Good Communication Skills.
