<strong><u>What You Will Do</u></strong><p><br></p>In the position of Regional Sales Support Specialist, based in Dubai, you will report to our Regional Sales Leader for Fire Detection Products. Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive commercial and logistical support to our Frontline Sellers, as well as internal assistance to our inside sales team.<p><br></p>This role presents an excellent opportunity for you to gain valuable experience in diverse sales and sales support processes, enabling you to make meaningful contributions to both our customers and our Sales team.<p><br></p><strong><u>How You Will Do It</u></strong><p><br></p>In this role, you will collaborate with our sales teams to nurture relationships with our external partners, ensuring the smooth operation of existing business and alleviating their workload to enable the field sales team to focus on closing deals.<p><br></p>You will familiarize yourself with our sales management tools, sales processes, and provide outstanding customer support when issues arise. This will involve building strong working relationships and collaborating with various internal departments such as Customer Service, Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance, and Product Management teams.<p><br></p><strong><u>Required</u></strong><p><br></p><strong>What we look for</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Outstanding proficiency in both verbal and written communication in English. Bachelors degree or equivalent degree in electrical engineering, sales, or marketing</li><li>Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service position</li><li>Display an ambitious and collaborative personality, growing in team environments</li><li>Inherently self-motivated, displaying a proactive and new way to problem-solving</li><li>Possess strong analytical skills with a proven record of efficiently resolving sophisticated issues</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Preferred</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Consistent record in providing support to customers in the Middle East region</li><li>Proficient in crafting presentation packs for sales using PowerPoint and MS Office</li><li>Experience or curiosity about finance-related tasks, particularly in handling account receivables</li><li>Sound technical knowledge and understanding of fire detection systems</li></ul><p><br></p>
