We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager, who possesses successful experience in promoting components for Oil-Submersible Pumps and Oil-Submersible cables, and a proven track record of sales achievements in the Middle East and Africa. 

About the Role: 

  • Location: Dubai, UAE
  • Type of Contract: Permanent

Responsibilities: 

  • Customer acquisition; managing customer relationships, leading customer negotiations
  • Developing and sustaining long-term account development strategies with high value regional existing and potential customers with strong potential for repeat business achieve 
  • Conclusion of contracts and sales execution
  • Establishing sales objectives by projecting expected sales volume, forecasting and developing sales quotas for territories and the region
  • Conducting effective B2B negotiations at different levels
  • Managing after-sales activities and follow up with customers
  • Proactively finding opportunities for business growth 
  • Conducting market research to identify new potential customers and customer needs

Qualifications: 

  •  A proven self-driven, conscientious, goal oriented senior sales executive with an extensive regional network, ideally with previous experience with Electric Submersible Pumps units and Oil-Submersible cable sales and distribution in MENA. 
  • Technical knowledge of the sector and the ability to navigate the assortment
  • Proven track record of sales achievements
  • Ability to prospect and acquire new customers
