Using smart and cutting-edge technology, iQ Cars is leading the customer car buying and selling journey in the country. </p><p><br></p><p>Are you a dynamic, results-driven individual with a passion for the automotive industry? iQ Cars is currently seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales forward and expanding our market presence in your designated region.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed regional sales targets.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, agents, and other stakeholders.</li><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.</li><li>Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials.</li><li>Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.</li><li>Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.</li><li>Active, energetic, and self-motivated with a passion for sales.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.</li><li>Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the designated region.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>At iQ Cars, we believe in fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
