Our Client, a leading retail company, is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and improving profitability in your assigned territory. You will develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan, build and manage a robust sales team, and establish strong relationships with key decision-makers in the retail industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding results.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan for the assigned territory</li><li>Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and tactics</li><li>Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and guidance as needed</li><li>Foster strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers in the retail industry</li><li>Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to improve sales and profitability</li><li>Monitor and manage expenses to ensure the territory operates within budget</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field</li><li>5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail industry</li><li>Strong leadership and management skills</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding results</li><li>Ability to analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>His/Her Background must be of corporate multinational, Credit card banking sales is the most fit, Telecom is ok as well.</li></ul>
