<p><strong>Job Title:</strong> <strong>Regional Sales Manager (Europe Market)</strong></p><p><strong>Location: UAE – Dubai </strong></p><p><strong>Role Type: Permanent </strong></p><p><br></p><p>The position reports to Sales Director and will be responsible for growing new customers, adding new client base, opening new countries, with prime focus on (a) West Europe (b) East Europe for the range of Solar Products (Batteries, Panels, Inverters, Solar Power Electronics). The position requires identification of right opportunities, integration of product as per market requirements.</p><p><br></p><p>MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES AND SUPPORTING ACTIVITIES:</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Revenue Generation: Solar Products (Batteries, Panels, Inverters, Solar Power Electronics) </strong></p><ul><li>Candidates will have a direct sales responsibility.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Client Acquisition &amp; Opening New Countries </strong></p><ul><li>Need to appoint distributors</li><li>Identifying a creating scalable distributors looking for quality, brand &amp; service (QBS)</li><li>Mapping what market wants v/s what we have.</li><li>Active feedback to develop the required product portfolio.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Open to Extensively Travel Internationally </strong></p><ul><li>We believe that accurate market facts and realities are best understood by foot on ground. In order to ensure that sales targets are achieved, the candidate will have to travel 120 days in a year.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong> SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:</strong></p><ul><li>From Solar, Batteries, Solar Power Electronics background</li><li>Experience in European Markets</li><li>Extensively travelled internationally for International Sales</li><li>Should be able to adapt in dynamic environment.</li><li>Should have the ability handle stress.</li><li>Aggressive Sales approach &amp; target oriented</li><li>Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.</li><li>Strong Analytical, self-driven &amp; motivated</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>The position offers an opportunity to work in a tax-free environment and enjoy the many benefits with living and working in Dubai.
