Our Completions Team partners with on-site operators and customers to provide support and guidance to ensure the capacity and value of the well is maximized to its full potential.<p><br></p><strong>Partner with the best</strong><p><br></p>As a Sales &amp; Commercial Leader you will develop the vision on a important market on the level of a product line with a long term perspective. You will lead business development planning processes for this market.<p><br></p>As a Sales &amp; Commercial Leader, you will be responsible for:<p><br><br></p><ul><li> Formulating and executing proposal strategy and sales agreements.</li><li> Formulating deal structure, pricing, proposal development and assisting in customer negotiations.</li><li> Identifying new opportunities with functional partners to develop new products and services for business growth.</li><li> Being accountable for accuracy in revenue forecasting and achieving the revenue targets</li><li> Utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve proposal process.</li><li> Handling complex products and systems requiring technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products or systems will be used.</li><li> Managing complex long term sales processes.</li><li> Handling important business unit clients</li><li> Coordinating sales teams involving engineering, legal, risk, finance etc.</li><li> Handling big or highly complex markets<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Fuel your passion</strong><p><br></p>To be successful in this role you will:<p><br><br></p><ul><li> Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college</li><li> Have 15+ years industry experience</li><li> Have extensive experience in Completions &amp; Wellbore Interventions (CWI)</li><li> Have prior experience in Sales &amp; Customer facing roles</li><li> Have interpersonal and leadership skills</li><li> Have the ability to analyze and resolve problems</li><li> Have the ability to lead programs / projects</li><li> Have project management experience<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Work in a way that works for you</strong><p><br></p>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
