<p><strong>Company: </strong>Our client is a startup company dealing in off-road vehicles, spare parts, and accessories as well as traditional automotive aftermarket and OEM parts.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Position Overview: </strong>As a Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share for aftermarket and OEM parts and accessories for off-road and other vehicles in GCC &amp; MENA.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Sales Strategy and Planning:</p><ul><li>Develop a comprehensive sales strategy and action plan for the region, aligning with overall company goals and objectives.</li><li>Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to optimize sales strategies and maximize revenue opportunities.</li><li>Set sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the region and develop strategies to achieve or exceed them.</li></ul><p>Business Development:</p><ul><li>Identify and target potential customers, dealerships, distributors, and retail outlets within the region.</li><li>Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing and new customers to drive sales growth.</li><li>Explore new market segments, product lines, and partnership opportunities to expand market presence.</li></ul><p>Sales Management:</p><ul><li>Lead a team of sales representatives within the region, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales objectives.</li><li>Monitor sales activities, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management on sales forecasts, market trends, and competitor activities.</li><li>Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and implement corrective actions when necessary.</li></ul><p>Customer Relationship Management:</p><ul><li>Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations and solutions.</li><li>Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.</li><li>Conduct regular customer visits, participate in industry trade shows, and represent the company in customer-facing events.</li></ul><p>Product Knowledge and Technical Expertise:</p><ul><li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and technical specifications of aftermarket and OEM parts and accessories.</li><li>Provide training and product education to sales team members and customers.</li><li>Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to provide feedback and insights on market demands and customer preferences.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications and Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>Proven track record of sales success in the automotive aftermarket and OEM parts and accessories industry.</li><li>Strong understanding of the automotive industry, including market dynamics, trends, and customer preferences.</li><li>Excellent leadership and team management skills.</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Please email your CV to shikha@teamspirit.in</p>
