<p><strong>Job Summary: </strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>This is a fabulous opportunity for an ambitious marketeer who wishes to deliver some awesome brand &amp; marketing work. We’re looking for a creative, analytical, organized, and inspirational leader with exceptional communication skills who will be responsible for implementing digital marketing and brand marketing strategy plans across our key regions.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Role: Regional Marketing Manager </strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Responsibilities: </strong></p><ul><li>Develop and implement a creative and engaging marketing strategy of integrated marketing programs to build brand awareness through seasonal events, brand activations, PR and affiliate marketing strategies.</li><li>Collaborate within teams across the business to develop strategic and tactical activity (concept to delivery) across multi-channels in line with the marketing calendar, focusing on retaining current customers, engaging new customers, and growing sales.</li><li>Ensure consistency in the brand’s tone of voice and brand values are well represented at all times.</li><li>Lead and deliver campaigns through Offline, Digital and Social Media channels</li><li>Execution of cohesive campaigns, photo shoots, content creation, storytelling, and asset development for our website and the web store.</li><li>Produce fresh, innovative work that translates ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences for visually sophisticated audiences</li><li>Leverage available data and insights to develop activities that are targeted and deliver results</li><li>Team building, creating structure, and setting clear objectives and targets while coaching and mentoring individuals to thrive and develop in their roles.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>The Skills &amp; Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s in advertising, design or marketing required. Masters in advertising, design or marketing is a plus.</li><li>15+ years overall experience in marketing preferably from Retail &amp; Fashion sector</li><li>Demonstrate understanding of 360 integrated campaigns and strong digital marketing literacy</li><li>Confident individual with excellent creative, communication, and copywriting skills.</li><li>Prior experience in advertising agency, Retail &amp; E-commerce with premium/luxury brands</li><li>Obsessive about details and quality</li><li>Enjoys working in a fast-paced ever-evolving environment</li><li>Prior experience in managing a team</li></ul>
