We are committed to driving sustainable transportation and empowering our customers to power up their journeys with ease.</p><p><br></p><p>Location: Dubai</p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking an experienced Head of EV charging to lead our company’s business development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and installation of EV charging solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire EV charging business development team, ensuring that our products and services are meeting customer needs, and developing new business opportunities.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p>• Develop and execute the company’s EV charging business strategy for the region, including the sales and installation of EV charging solutions across UAE and middle East.</p><p>• Experience in developing and implementing EV charging solutions for commercial and residential clients, including site selection, station installation, and ongoing maintenance and support.</p><p>• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to a variety of stakeholders and provide support throughout the EV charging process.</p><p>• Understanding of emerging trends and technologies in the EV charging space, including wireless charging, vehicle-to-grid (V2G) integration, and battery storage solutions.</p><p>• Manage the business development and operations team, including setting goals, providing direction, and ensuring accountability</p><p>• Experience in managing budgets and financial projections for EV charging projects, and ability to effectively manage project timelines and resources.</p><p>• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders</p><p>• Develop and implement marketing campaigns and sales strategies to increase revenue and market share</p><p>• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions</p><p>• Oversee the development and delivery of high-quality products and services that meet customer expectations</p><p>• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards</p><p>Requirements:</p><p>• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or a related field</p><p>• 3+ years of experience in sales and installation of EV charging solutions</p><p>• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team</p><p>• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills</p><p>• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies</p><p>• Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective business plans</p><p>• Strong understanding of relevant regulations and standards related to EV charging business.</p><p><br></p><p>If you are a detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated individual with a passion for the EV industry, then we would love to hear from you.</p>
