<p><strong>Role Purpose: </strong></p><p><br></p><p>Reginal Business Development Manager (Lower Gulf) is responsible for providing strategic support in designing sales and marketing plans that thoroughly understand client needs and enhance the selling value of AMCAN’s products, managing sales relationships with AmCan Key Accounts, penetrating new markets, and approaching new sales opportunities within the lower gulf.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Established and built successful and meaningful relationships with clients and ensured the achievement of customer specific KPIs.</li><li>Understand client needs and enhance the selling value of Amcan’s products and ensure high satisfaction rates.</li><li>Discuss with the customer how to improve the sales, increase the distribution channels, and expand the brands and products portfolio.</li><li>Be aligned with the accounts for the annual targets, forecast, sales plans, and marketing activities.</li><li>Approach a new lead at the markets and convert them to customers.</li><li>Looking for new opportunities in new markets.</li><li>Approach new suppliers for new opportunities at the markets.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong>:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, or any related field.</li><li>At least six years of experience in the Sales, Business Development, and Account Management field.</li><li> Expeivce in the FMGC/ Pharmaceutical filed. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic.</li><li>Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.</li><li>Strong analytical, data analytics, and data management skills.</li><li>Extensive knowledge of Business Development and Account Management.</li><li>Extensive knowledge of Client, vendor, and supplier relationships.</li></ul>
