The solution needs are primarily focused on implementing and connecting on-premises, SAAS and cloud-based compliance software applications, such as KYC, KYB, KYT, Customer Screening, Transaction Screening, AML and Custody systems. This individual is also responsible for developing and maintaining an application integration architecture blueprint for the compliance and reg tech systems in the organisation. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop solution architecture standards, data architecture standards, solution governance frameworks, and system integration standards for the regtech and compliance systems</li><li>Develop and maintain the technology stack to include commercial or open-source integration platforms for the regtech and compliance systems</li><li>Provide expert advice to project teams on use of required application, integration technology, data architecture and modeling, system architecture including best practices</li><li>Oversee critical steps within the Software Development Life Cycle components that impact enterprise-wide development / architecture standards for the reg tech systems</li><li>Provide oversight in standards adherence through reviews of project work including detailed technical specifications and application code</li><li>Work with project teams in definition of requirements for integration strategies of their projects into the Enterprise Architecture</li><li>Work with dotted line responsibility and collaborate with Engineering/Development leads to manage internal resources as well as augmented or externally sourced team members</li><li>Oversee development and support of batch and back-end processes related to the application portfolio</li><li>Assist with incident response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem resolution</li><li>Communicate project status to various levels of management</li><li>Oversee the technology and standards for version control</li><li>Partner with leaders of other disciplines to ensure proposed solutions align with information, technology, infrastructure, business and security architectures</li><li>All other projects and duties as required or assigned</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Overall experience of 10+ years as a Tech lead/Lead Application Architect</strong></li><li><strong>Worked as a solution architect and/or application integration architect in a regulated financial organization like a bank or exchange house for 3+ years</strong></li><li>Development and integration experience of over 8+ years across Java, Opensource, Javascript etc.</li><li>Development and deployment experience on Integration solutions, cloud based applications in AWS, Azure</li><li><strong>Experience of 3+ years in Compliance and Regtech systems in Customer Onboarding, Customer due diligence and KYC, Transaction monitoring and KYT, AML, Market Surveiilance systems</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><p>At M2 diversity is our strength and we are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all.
