<strong>Role Summary</strong><p><br></p>Full-cycle of recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring employees.<p><br></p><strong>Key Accountabilities And Responsibilities</strong><ul><li> Act as a central point of contact for all recruitment matters and coordinate between the business and the central recruitment team. </li><li> Responsible for the full recruitment cycle, including:</li><ul><li> Scanning for candidates </li><li> Reference and Background Checks </li><li> Long list candidates </li><li> Perform in-person and phone interviews with candidates </li><li> Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers </li><li> Preparing job offers </li><li> Prepare monthly recruitment reports </li></ul></ul><p><br></p><strong>Education & Experience</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Bachelor degree </li><li> Organized and detail-oriented. </li><li> Good communication skills </li><li> Computer and Internet proficiency</li></ul>
