<p>This Position will be one of the pillars to facilitate ANCHOR BUSINESS CONSULTANCY Expansion Plans in Egypt &amp; Middle East.</p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for Real PARTNERS not employees!!!</p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate will represent Anchor Business Consultancy in the assigned projects including but not limited to – Recruitment – OD – Training , compensation &amp; Benefits &amp; Personnel</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Leading our Recruitment Activities and support delivering highest potential candidates to our customer</li><li>Enhance our Recruitment Services by adding new selection tools &amp; methods .</li><li>Participating &amp; Leading our HR Consultancy Projects</li><li>Support in Building our Expansion Plan in GCC &amp; North Africa</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>2-4 Years of Experience</li><li>Effective communication skills</li><li>Entrepreneur Spirit</li><li>Strong organizational and interpersonal skills</li><li>Experience working with Microsoft Office suite</li><li>High-energy and passion</li><li>Demonstrated ability to meet quotas</li></ul>
