<p><strong><u>Responsibilities for Recruiting Manager: </u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Update recruiting procedures or create new procedures</li><li>Excellent knowledge about HRDF.</li><li>Creating KPI’S &amp; SOP’S for recruitment cycle.</li><li>Hands on experience on local Saudization’s hiring.</li><li>Supervise the recruiting team.</li><li>Search for and enforce new sourcing methods to find job candidates.</li><li>Evaluate and suggest the best recruiting software for the employer.</li><li>Suggest ways to improve the employer’s brand.</li><li>Research the best job advertising techniques.</li><li>Advise Top Management on proper interviewing methods.</li><li>Attend career events and job fairs.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Qualifications for Recruiting Manager</u></strong></p><ul><li>Experience as a Recruiting Manager, Recruiting Supervisor, or Recruitment Consultant.</li><li>Experience in screening and interviewing job applicants.</li><li>Knowledge of labor laws.</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills.</li><li>Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently.</li><li>Experience with the use of applicant tracking software and HR databases.</li><li>Knowledge of social media and professional networks.</li><li>Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.</li><li>Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.</li></ul><p></p>
