<p><span>The ideal candidate will work closely with all Heads of Departments to manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes. To be successful in this role, the candidate should have a HR academic background and experience screening and evaluating candidates. Candidates should also be well versed with the UAE labor law. </span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes)</li><li>Implement and continuously develop new sourcing methods (e.g. social networking sites, online portals, recruitment agencies wherever required)</li><li>Review the necessary IT systems for the recruitment and suggest the best option for company needs</li><li>Research and choose job advertising options</li><li>Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs</li><li>Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and maintain the group organization structure with job description and KPI’s for each individual position </li><li>Participate in job fairs and career events</li><li>Build the companyβs professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Proven work experience as a Recruiting Manager, Recruiting Executive or similar in addition to a Diploma or higher in HR Management </li><li>Hands-on experience with interviews, tracking systems, social networking portals and HR databases </li><li>Thorough knowledge of UAE labor laws and its amendments </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills</li><li>Strong decision-making skills</li></ul>
