As a member of the PXGEO team, you will enjoy competitive pay and benefits, a strong focus on professional growth and development, and a supportive, collaborative work environment.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Work with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop creative sourcing strategies</li><li>Post job openings on appropriate job boards and social media channels</li><li>Manage applicant tracking system and maintain candidate database</li><li>Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings with candidates</li><li>Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers and team members</li><li>Oversee the reference and background check process for new hires</li><li>Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field</li><li>2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or similar role</li><li>Experience with applicant tracking systems and candidate databases</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities</li><li>Knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment law</li></ul>
