As a Trainee you will have the opportunity to join an ambitious, motivated team.</p><p><br></p><p>As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Intern, you will become an expert, recruiting into one of our markets.</p><p><br></p><p>You will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of candidates and clients and be pro-active in developing valuable, long lasting relationships through your business development and direct advertising.</p><p><br></p><p>You will be placing the right candidate into the right role and completing the full end to end recruitment process whilst successfully achieving your targets and KPI’s specific to your desk within this results-orientated business.</p><p><br></p><p>We are hiring into a well-established business and those who join will enjoy the opportunity to use our developed platforms and relationships to quickly progress their recruitment career.</p><p><br></p><p>You will be a fantastic relationship builder and be able to convert relationships from online applications to face to face.
