We are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant with excellent business development skills and a strong technical background to join our team at Guildhall. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying and sourcing top talent, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

The role will be Home/Remote based for the first 6 months with 2 to 3 meetings per week for training in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1-3 years of experience in recruitment and a proven track record of success in business development or sales. You should have a strong understanding of various technical roles and the skills required for success in those roles. Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to multitask effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

– Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to identify business opportunities
– Source and identify top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events
– Conduct interviews and assessments of potential candidates to ensure a good fit with client needs
– Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including negotiating job offers and providing feedback to both clients and candidates
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to better serve clients and candidates
