Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for senior-level positions, including sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking, to attract top-tier candidates.
- Manage recruitment projects and ensure timely delivery of results, meeting project goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Enhance the employer brand and candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years relevant experience as a Specialist.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting recruitment targets and objectives.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and positive approach.
