We are seeking a talented and experienced Recruitment Business Partner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing senior-level recruitment efforts and leading recruitment-related projects. Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for senior-level positions, including sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking, to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Manage recruitment projects and ensure timely delivery of results, meeting project goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Enhance the employer brand and candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years relevant experience as a Specialist.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Results-driven with a focus on meeting recruitment targets and objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and positive approach.
