Job Description

<ul><li>Maintain the Recruitment Management System (RMS) detailing the demand, sourcing, assessing, hiring and validation and develop a bank of interested potential candidates.</li><li>Ensure all employee data is maintained/updated in the system</li><li>Prepare/update onboarding checklist, guidelines and manage onboarding activities</li><li>Assume receptionist duties, greet public and refer them to appropriate staff members, answer phone and route calls as appropriate</li><li>Assist the County Manager in all secreterial and admin. Tasks</li><li>Handle the daily activities in the company &amp; managing appointments, meetings, events &amp; visitors.</li><li>Prepare the official correspondences, letters, memos &amp; forms.</li><li>Organize / schedule meetings and appointments and produce the minutes of meetings.</li><li>Organize and maintain the filing system</li><li>Handle / prepare the conferences.</li><li>Ensure all official documents needed for employee profile creation are collected</li><li>Follow up all office procedure: maintenance for fax machine, photocopier, telephones, stationary, etc</li><li>Provide support for monthly management meetings</li><li>Support HR Manager with implementation and administration of policy and procedures to increase staff efficiency</li><li>Complete all other duties as assigned by the HR Manager</li></ul>
