<p><strong>We are hiring a Recruitment Team Leader on behalf of our client – a well-respected executive search firm in Dubai.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><em>As Recruitment Team Leader, you will lead the team, drive performance, improve market position, build new client relationships, develop further existing client relationships, and achieve financial growth targets across the MEA region. </em>The purpose of the Team Leader is to oversee the recruitment process in its entirety. This includes designing and modifying recruiting procedures where appropriate, recording recruiting metrics, and supervising and monitoring the team’s performance. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>The key responsibilities of the Team Leader can be categorized into three main components:</strong></p><ol><li>Leading and overseeing a team including all recruitment activity and team development. </li><li>Client Management β New and Existing Business.</li><li>Manage and drive team performance.</li></ol><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities include: </strong></p><ul><li>Leading and supervising the team on a day-to-day operational basis.</li><li>Ensure quality of delivery on all client requirements.</li><li>Continuously look to improve processes and best practices of recruitment methodology to maximize efficiency.</li><li>Design, implement, and monitor new processes across the team and ensure βbuy inβ if required.</li><li>Responsible for the 360-recruitment process across the team.</li><li>Manage daily, and weekly meetings on all jobs and clients and ensure fair distribution of workload across the team.</li><li>Ensure all relevant information is documented via the CRM/ATS system and all team members are adhering to process and best practices.</li><li>Responsible for all talent mapping, and applicant tracking across the team.</li><li>Identify areas for training and development across the team and work with partners to implement relevant solutions to enhance performance and upskill existing employees.</li><li>Drive team performance and KPIs to the required level as agreed.</li><li>Drive results and meet the financial goals of the team in line with company financial targets.</li><li>Following up on business leads gained from the market. </li><li>Conduct 1-1 reviews with team members on a quarterly basis.</li><li>Negotiating, renegotiating, and amending business contracts with new clients and ensuring existing terms of business are maintained and renewed as appropriate.</li><li>Conduct regular client visits to continuously develop relationships with both new and existing clients and where appropriate, take along junior members of staff for training and development purposes. </li><li>Provide regular feedback and updates to partners on all aspects of the division which may include preparation of reports.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>To be successful you will have:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Proven leadership experience at an executive search firm.</li><li>Minimum 5 years experience in 360-recruitment, with at least 2 years in the UAE.</li><li>Experience hiring for organisations in the MEA region.</li><li>A positive can-do attitude, natural drive, and hard work ethic.</li><li>A desire to succeed with a motivation for Sales. </li><li>Excellent people skills, and the capability to lead and influence.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle.</li><li>The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.</li><li>Attention to detail, excellent time management, and organization.</li><li>Strong ability to negotiate and close contractual deals.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication in English.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><em>*Please note that this is not an HR or talent acquisition role*</em></strong></p><p></p>
