<p>HIREMEINC is a US based company looking to hire a Staffing Director for their startup Southwest Asia region office in Riyadh. </p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>As the <span>Recruiting Staffing Director</span>, you’ll develop and administer staffing / recruiting programs, including the identification of qualified candidates</li><li>You’ll maintain partnership with managers to ensure best practices of recruitment and staffing</li><li>In addition, you’ll plan, develop and implement recruitment and staffing strategies for assigned departments with special emphasis on hiring well-qualified and diverse pools of candidates in a timely and cost-effective manner</li><li>Audit the work of the recruiting team</li><li>Mentor and scale a small team of Recruiters</li><li>Partner with senior leadership and executives to create comprehensive recruiting strategies aligning recruiting plans with prioritization of the business</li><li>Provides guidance to hiring manager on recruitment process and interview techniques</li><li>Recruit top talent on a variety of different roles</li><li>Be a consultative advisor to the business, leading strategic discussions to build teams holistically</li><li>Partner with mission-critical stakeholders within the various functions</li><li>Work closely with the broader recruiting team to build efficient and scalable recruiting processe</li><li>Collects and analyzes data on demographics and hiring activity for use in designing recruitment plans</li><li>Be passionate about finding, attracting, and hiring diverse talent</li><li>Leverage data to evaluate and optimize current hiring processes for operational efficiency</li><li>Maintains ownership of HR recruiting and staffing processes</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience managing a talent acquisition team including recruiters, sources and coordinators in large, complex, matrixed environment</li><li>A passion and record of success for implementing recruiting initiatives and programs that have had a positive impact on the diversity of candidates</li><li>Excellent presentation skills and deep experience and success communicating with senior leadership</li><li>Proven success in building strong partnerships with customers and external partners</li><li>A continuous improvement mindset and ability to motivate your team to think about how to drive quality and innovation</li><li>A passion for data analytics and knowledge of how to use them to for driving business decisions and strateg</li><li>Seven plus years of full cycle recruiting experience; preferably for an innovative and scaling organization with a strong track record of attracting and recruiting talent</li><li>Three plus years of leadership experience in the talent function</li><li>Ability to lead a recruiting team through consistent mentorship</li><li>Able to collaborate effectively with cross functional stakeholders to accomplish a common go</li><li>Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products including Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook etc</li><li>Knowledge and previous experience using: Applicant Tracking Systems, Indeed, ADP &amp; Tenstreet</li><li>Utilize data and metrics to story tell</li><li>A positive upbeat and team-oriented approach to your work, defining your success through the contributions of others</li></ul>
